You have now been caring for our aunt for quite some time and you never cease to amaze us with your care and compassion. You always go over and above what we originally employed you to do. You regularly keep in contact, providing updates and recommendations of what is needed by our aunt to make her life as comfortable as possible and nothing is ever too much trouble for you.
We regularly recommend you to others and have even discussed your services with council social service employees and hospital staff.
You all deserve, all the praise and accolades you are given and all care companies should look to you as an example of what a very good care provider should look like! We honestly cannot thank you enough, you truly are so dedicated and committed at what you do. Thank you all.
